Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Brand Identity Specialist for a hybrid role based in Abuja, with opportunities to work remotely. The Brand Identity Specialist will design and implement strategies to develop, evolve, and maintain the visual and messaging elements of Wontum’s brand. Responsibilities include crafting brand guidelines, overseeing brand assets, ensuring consistency across marketing channels, and collaborating with teams to create impactful branding campaigns. This role also involves market research to refine our brand messaging and approach, while maintaining alignment with our innovative and educational mission.

Qualifications

• Branding and Identity Development expertise, including experience in crafting and maintaining brand guidelines
• Graphic Design and Visual Communication skills to create compelling visual assets
• Copywriting and Content Creation skills with a focus on storytelling and consistent brand messaging
• Market Research and Analysis skills to identify brand trends and audience insights
• Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design platforms
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
