Brand & Community Marketing Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive Brand & Community Marketing Manager to lead the visibility, marketing, partnerships, and community growth of our café. This role combines PR, marketing, customer engagement, and business development, with a strong understanding of the café and hospitality space.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow café awareness
- Build relationships with organizations, businesses, and companies for events and partnerships
- Create and manage community-driven experiences and activations
- Plan and oversee content ideas that attract foot traffic (online & offline)
- Manage PR, influencer outreach, and brand positioning
- Drive bookings for events, meetings, and collaborations
- Ensure consistent brand presence online and within the local community
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of both digital and physical marketing
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Creative, organized, and business-minded
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of growth
Renumeration: NGN 300,000
Location: Ikoyi (Candidates should stay in or around the location.)
