Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Brand and Communications Officer to join our team. This role is a blend of customer service, reception, and marketing/communications. You’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) that students and families meet, while also helping us share our story online and offline.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Reception:

  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring everyone gets the information they need.
  • Schedule appointments and keep the front office organized and welcoming.
  • Support students with general questions about applications, documents, and our services.


Brand & Communications:

  • Manage our social media channels, sharing helpful tips, success stories, and updates.
  • Help create marketing materials like flyers, newsletters, and posts.
  • Assist in planning and running events, workshops, and info sessions for students.
  • Make sure our brand looks and sounds consistent across all platforms.


Team & Admin Support

  • Keep student records up to date in our system.
  • Support the recruitment team with day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Stay in touch with our partner institutions when needed.



Requirements:

  • A people person with strong communication skills.
  • Someone organized, approachable, and willing to help.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
  • Customer service or front desk experience is a big plus.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or international education.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools or CRM systems.
  • Speaking more than one language.
