Branch Supervisor
Job summary
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, effective staff supervision, proper inventory management, and achievement of sales targets. This role serves as the link between management and branch staff, ensuring that company policies and brand standards are upheld.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership: Leading a team of employees within the branch, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff performance.
- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints, addressing enquiries, and maintaining a customer-centric environment.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Managing the branch budget, expenses, and profitability, including monitoring financial transactions, controlling costs, and optimising revenue streams.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, including health and safety standards, labour laws, and financial regulations.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating replenishment, and minimising shrinkage or loss through effective inventory management practices.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with the marketing department to implement promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing strategies to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on branch performance, analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Addressing operational challenges, resolving conflicts, making strategic decisions, and implementing solutions to achieve branch objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaboration between branch staff, other departments, and corporate headquarters to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them, including security risks, operational risks, and compliance risks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in business administration or any related field.
- Good skin.
- 2 year working experience in similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to details
- Fair knowledge of skincare and skincare products.
- Must be resident in Lekki, Ajah or very close
- Must be 32 years or above
