Branch Supervisor
Job summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure staff compliance with company policies, maintain operational efficiency, and support the achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Oversee customer service activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, operational supplies, and proper use of company property.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Handle minor disciplinary issues and escalate major concerns to Management or HR.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper coordination within the branch.
- Support Management in achieving operational and sales targets.
- Monitor cash handling processes and ensure accountability.
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Good reporting and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Ojodu Berger is required.
