Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized persons are allowed entry.
- Check IDs and enforce age restrictions where applicable.
- Conduct routine security checks and patrol assigned areas.
- Observe crowd behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent conflict or unsafe conduct.
- Escort unruly or unauthorized individuals off the premises as needed.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances, or safety threats.
- Coordinate with management and local law enforcement when required.
- Ensure compliance with venue rules, health, and safety regulations.
- Write incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
- Provide assistance to guests and maintain a professional, calm demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security or crowd control is an advantage.
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods.
- Strong observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be respectful, firm, and professional in all interactions.
