Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed project scope documents, technical drawings, and implementation plans for BMS projects.
- Design, configure, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS), AV, and ELV systems in line with industry standards and client requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain all electrical and mechanical systems including Energy Meters, UPS, PDU, Feeders, Transformers, Chillers, AHU systems, Access Control Systems, and related infrastructure on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Configure, modify, and optimize BMS software and control logic to achieve client operational objectives and system efficiency.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS, HVAC, electrical, and associated control systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and network communication issues within BMS and integrated systems.
- Manage and review project-related documentation including technical reports, drawings, commissioning reports, and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for BMS and automation projects.
- Ensure proper integration of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems into the BMS platform.
- Conduct routine inspections and system performance analysis to improve operational efficiency and energy management.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end users on BMS operations and system functionalities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Present and explain project designs confidently in internal and external meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance, fault, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, codes, regulations, governmental requirements, and company policies related to system operations and workplace safety.
- Maintain backup configurations, software updates, and system databases to ensure business continuity and system reliability.
- Support energy optimization initiatives and recommend improvements for efficient facility operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
