Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area.
- Ensure accurate stock usage and records.
- Monitor drink inventory.
- Report stock shortages promptly and efficiently.
- Minimize wastage and breakages in the bar
- Work with waitresses for timely service.
- Comply with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
