Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes, measures, and presentation standards.
- Engage guests confidently, recommend drinks, and support premium upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
- Monitor bar stock usage, report shortages, and minimize wastage or breakages.
- Follow opening and closing routines, including garnishes, syrups, tools, glassware, and cleaning checklists.
Requirements:
- Proven bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixers, glassware, and bar presentation.
- Good numeracy, speed, accuracy, and stock awareness.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night operations.
