Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up the bar, prepare garnishes, and check beverage and glassware availability.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks using approved recipes and measured portions.
- Enter or verify orders through the POS and serve drinks accurately and promptly.
- Follow company rules for responsible alcohol service and escalate concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, safe storage, and daily equipment checks.
- Record receipts, requisitions, breakages, and wastage and participate in stock counts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
