Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer payments accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Assist in creating new drink menus and promotions when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or barman is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must reside in Abuja.
