Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper sanitation of tools, and contribute to excellent customer service that builds client loyalty
- Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling services.
- Groom and shape beards, mustaches, and perform hot towel shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer style advice.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Recommend hair and beard care products to clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber or completion of a barber training program.
- Skilled in using scissors, clippers, razors, and other barbering tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization practices.
- Creativity and the ability to suggest modern and classic styles.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
