Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Griller to prepare high-quality grilled catfish, turkey, and chicken while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with charcoal or gas grilling and be able to marinate and season meats effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Grill food directly over an intense heat source for a short time.
- Uses indirect heat combined with wood chips or pellets to cook foods at low temperatures for hours. This tenderizes tough cuts of meat (like brisket or ribs) while infusing a deep, smoky flavor.
- Functions exactly like an outdoor oven by trapping heat under the lid. This allows you to roast whole chickens.
- Allows excess fat to drip away from the food rather than pooling in a pan. Grilling also requires minimal oils and helps retain key vitamins in vegetables because of faster cooking times.
- Acts as an interactive centerpiece for entertaining and outdoor living, bringing friends and family together in a relaxed, communal atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an SSEC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
