Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve creative cocktails, beers and wines.
- Manage the bar inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
- Provide exceptional guest service and interact with guests.
- Develop and execute new cocktail menus and promotions.
- Work closely with the beverage manager to ensure consistent quality and service.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender/Mixologist.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
