Bar Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, inventory management, staff supervision, procurement coordination, and beverage service standards. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain high service quality, and lead the bar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, opening and closing procedures
- Supervise bartenders and ensure adherence to service standards
- Monitor beverage preparation, stock levels, and quality control
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and procurement planning
- Ensure accurate POS operations and reporting
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and front-of-house teams
- Monitor equipment functionality and maintenance requirements
- Prepare operational and inventory reports
- Support event beverage planning and special functions
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in bar operations or hospitality management
- Strong experience in inventory management and procurement
- Good knowledge of POS systems and stock reconciliation
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends, late nights, and in a fast-paced environment
