Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take beverage orders accurately and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory, reporting low stock when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification; additional hospitality training is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a barman or bartender is preferred.
- Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
