Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and take drink or service orders professionally
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
- Receive payments and issue receipts accurately
- Balance the cash register and maintain proper transaction records
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
- Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when required
- Support smooth operations across the lounge when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Cashier, or in a similar hospitality role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash accurately
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
