Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily baking and production activities to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Ensure consistent quality and appearance of all bakery products.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain production equipment and ensure proper maintenance and hygiene.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production staff to optimize performance.
- Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
