Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily baking preparation,
packing, and simple prep tasks
- Set up and close the bakery for daily
operations
- Support customer service and order taking
when required
- Run bakery errands, receive supplies, and
assist with inventory tracking
- Package and label baked goods neatly and
correctly
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food
safety standards
- Support the baker or supervisor with
general daily tasks
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a bakery or food-handling environment (an advantage, not mandatory)
- Basic numeracy and measurement skills
- Willingness to learn baking processes
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and commute reliably to Asokoro, Abuja
