Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing APIs and managing databases
- Improving system performance
- Ensuring the stability and security of all backend services.
- Working with the frontend team to ensure features run smoothly in operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Prior experience as a Backend Developer or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar).
- Strong experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of API development, RESTful services, and system integration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
