Back End Developer

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack engineer with a strong background in Crypto, FinTech, DevOps, and cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership roles. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions for our clients and internal projects.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable solutions in the FinTech and Crypto domains.
• Oversee the development of secure, high-performance applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and other teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage and improve DevOps pipelines, automating and optimizing deployments and infrastructure scaling.
• Ensure best practices are followed in CI/CD, microservices, cloud-based architectures, and system security.
• Lead the adoption of blockchain technologies and smart contract integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in code reviews, technical evaluations, and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and leadership.
• Strong background in Crypto technologies, blockchain, and smart contracts.
• Solid understanding of FinTech ecosystems, payment gateways, and digital wallets.
• Expertise in DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go.
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading Agile teams and applying methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
