Role Description
This is a strictly commission-based Sales & Client Acquisition role focused on B2B revenue generation.
Your primary responsibility is to identify and reach out to commercial decision-makers (Facility Managers, Estate Chairmen, School Administrators), present our water hygiene services, book structural/hygiene audits, and convert them into paying commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively source and prospect new B2B clients (Estates, Hotels, Schools, Restaurants, Churches).
• Communicate confidently with high-level decision-makers.
• Book on-site Water Hygiene Inspections/Audits.
• Follow up consistently to manage your sales pipeline.
• Close deals and secure maintenance contracts.

Qualifications:
• Proven, demonstrable experience in B2B sales or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Supreme confidence to approach and speak with facility managers and business owners.
• A self-driven, ruthless, and result-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working on a high-yield, commission-only structure.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, cold calling, and standard digital outreach tools.
• Basic understanding of water storage systems or hygiene is an advantage (willingness to learn our operational system is required).

Earnings & Targets:
• Commission Structure: 15% commission on every deal you close.
• Earning Potential: Because you are targeting B2B clients (facilities with multiple large tanks), ticket sizes are high. Hitting your targets can comfortably yield ₦50,000 to ₦200,000+ per week depending on the size of the facilities you close.
• Weekly Expectation: Consistent pipeline management with a minimum of 2–5 closed deals per week.
