We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven B2B Partnership Manager to lead partnership development efforts and build strategic relationships with schools, employers, corporations, NGOs, industry associations, development organizations, and government agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership growth strategies.
- Identify and engage prospective partners across education, corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.
- Build relationships with schools and institutions to drive student enrollment initiatives.
- Secure internship, apprenticeship, mentorship, and job placement opportunities through employer partnerships.
- Pursue sponsorship, scholarship, and workforce development opportunities with corporate organizations.
- Manage partner relationships and ensure the successful execution of partnership commitments.
- Maintain a strong partnership pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience within education, EdTech, consulting, training, or startup environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
