Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Marketer / Lead Generator, based in Ikeja, Lagos, with flexibility for partial remote work.

The role is designed for an experienced B2B professional capable of selling IT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions to decision-makers across regulated and enterprise environments.

You will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting qualified B2B leads, working closely with Ambitec’s technical and delivery teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing and lead generation strategies for:
  • Cybersecurity services
  • IT consulting & managed services
  • ERP, software, and web application solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads across FSI, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and SMEs
  • Manage B2B sales funnels and pipelines using CRM tools
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to refine targeting and messaging
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and demand-generation activities
  • Produce or coordinate content for marketing, pitches, and client engagement
  • Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Compliance Officers, and business leaders
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to close deals and manage client accounts
  • Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or enterprise IT sales
  • Strong understanding of:
  • IT services and digital transformation
  • Cybersecurity solutions and compliance-driven environments
  • Enterprise software, ERP, and web solutions
  • Proven ability to sell high-value or long-cycle B2B technology solutions
  • Experience with:
  • CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Content creation, copywriting, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
