Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Azure Engineer (Instructor) based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Azure Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training on Microsoft Azure services, focusing on ensuring students understand complex cloud infrastructure. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting instructional materials, mentoring students, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated on the latest cloud technologies to incorporate them into lessons. Collaborating with the curriculum development team to enhance training modules and providing real-world scenarios for practical learning will also be part of the day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and programming languages applicable to cloud environments
- Experience and knowledge in Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, including Azure services
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Databases management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to cloud-based environments
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is advantageous
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse learners
- Relevant Azure certifications (such as AZ-104 or AZ-305) are highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
