Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and service-oriented Hotel First Aid Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide basic first aid, support staff and guests during minor medical incidents, maintain first aid equipment and supplies, and promote health, safety, and hygiene within the hotel.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic first aid for minor injuries and illnesses affecting staff and guests.
- Assess minor medical situations and refer serious cases to hospitals or emergency medical services immediately.
- Maintain the hotel's first aid room, first aid boxes, and medical supplies.
- Monitor the expiry dates of medications and first aid consumables.
- Keep accurate records of all first aid treatments and workplace incidents.
- Assist with staff wellness initiatives and health awareness programmes.
- Support management in implementing workplace health and safety procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of first aid kits throughout the hotel.
- Assist in responding to workplace accidents and emergencies.
- Educate staff on basic first aid, hygiene, and infection prevention where required.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of medical information.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic first aid area.
- Work closely with the Human Resources, Security, and Maintenance departments during emergencies.
- Perform any other health and safety-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
