We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit and Compliance Manager (QHSE) to lead and manage internal audit functions with a focus on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and be capable of overseeing internal audits, ensuring process integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement audit schedules and protocols to assess quality and safety standards.
- Identify non-conformities, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE policies and ISO standards.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for regulatory and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to align internal processes with compliance goals and operational best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in ISO, QHSE, and other relevant standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or QHSE management.
- Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) is required.
- In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and familiarity with other standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
