Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Attend to customers’ orders promptly and professionally
- Package and serve food items in line with hygiene standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the sales and service area at all times
- Support daily sales targets and report transactions
Inventory & Stock Support:
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials and finished food items
- Assist in recording daily stock usage, spoilage, and restocking activities
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing supplies properly
- Ensure proper handling of perishable items
- Report low stock, discrepancies or damaged goods promptly
- Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an OND
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Record-keeping skills
- Good communication
- customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
