Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Visual Manager at Creative Minds Academy Ltd. The Assistant Visual Manager will support the planning, creation, and execution of visual concepts for digital campaigns, online courses, and brand communications across web, social media, and learning platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers and marketing teams, preparing visual assets (such as graphics, slide decks, simple animations, and layouts), maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring that visuals are accessible and inclusive. The role also involves assisting with content calendars, organizing visual asset libraries, coordinating with external creatives when needed, and supporting quality checks before publication. The Assistant Visual Manager will monitor visual performance metrics, gather feedback from stakeholders, and suggest improvements to enhance learner engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong visual design and layout skills, including experience creating graphics, slide presentations, and social media visuals.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with common design and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar, presentation software, cloud-based asset management tools).
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of digital content and marketing principles, including brand consistency and audience-centered design.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and receive/give constructive feedback.
  • Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail, including accuracy, visual quality control, and alignment with accessibility and inclusivity standards.
  • Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in education, e-learning, or mission-driven organizations, and an interest in literacy, personal development, or tech education, will be considered an asset.
