Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Assistant Store Manager whose main duty is to support the Supermarket Manager with daily operations and managing of employees. Such a candidate must reside within the Ajah axis in Lekki, Lagos.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support and help drive sales and profitability by monitoring, analyzing, and controlling supermarket operations.
- Maintain store and visual standards while creating a welcoming, engaging, and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor and develop strategies to increase traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve customer service issues
- Lead and motivate other employees in the store to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND
- Must be Proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Time management skill
