Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day management at Woodbridge.
- Monitor and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes.
- Maintain professional tenant relationships to promote satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and report findings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
- Preferable male
Location: In-person, Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000 (Monthly)
