Job summary
We are looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager who will competently manage a property located at Ikoyi. The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations, administration, and coordination of activities across assigned residential properties. The ideal candidate assists in overseeing rent collection, record keeping, maintenance scheduling, and general property upkeep to ensure smooth and efficient operations. It also involves closely monitoring service delivery, responding to tenant inquiries, and helping maintain a well-organized management system in line with Woodbridge’s operational procedures.

Responsibilities:
Property Operations:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of WOODBRIDGE properties at Parkview Estate.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, shared areas, and equipment
- Monitor and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in preparing periodic property performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Tenant Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes.
- Maintain professional tenant relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Degree
- Excellent managerial skill
