Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Service:
- Assist in managing front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and coordinate with departments.
Administration & Compliance:
- Support budgeting, monitor expenses, and track occupancy reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training coordination.
Marketing & Sales:
Assist in promoting hotel services, packages, and events.
Collaborate with the marketing team on guest engagement and feedback initiatives.
Problem Solving & Leadership:
Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to the Hotel Manager.
Lead a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive service excellence.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., PMS).
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
- Personal Traits: Customer-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
