Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Hall Administrator to oversee the effective management of a university hall of residence. The role involves supervising support staff and handymen, ensuring that facilities are fully functional, and maintaining a clean, safe, and peaceful environment that supports academic learning.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all residence support staff, cleaners, and handymen to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, functionality, and cleanliness of all residence facilities, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents and all residential property at all times.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the hall’s rules and regulations.
- Liaise with the university to implement institutional policies relating to hall management.
- Foster a serene and conducive environment that promotes residents’ comfort and academic success.
- Provide prompt response to residents’ needs, concerns, and complaints.
- Manage residence logistics and coordinate with service providers when necessary.
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly) on residence operations and submit to hall management.
- Execute hall administration strategies as directed by management for effective service delivery.
- Reside within the hall of residence to provide close supervision and timely interventions.
Requirements:

- PowerPoint Presentation Skills
