Job Summary

The incumbent will lead and manage the sales and marketing function of an OTC and PoM pharmaceutical company. This includes marketing/strategy, sales-team leadership, and supervision, achieving planned sales, and delivering sustainable profit. Responsibilities for maintaining effective corporate systems and long-term growth will be shared with the

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • B Pharm degree or equivalent. An MBA is advantageous.
  • 6 - 8 years of team-leadership experience, including work in multinational and/or structured large indigenous companies. Preferred candidates are those currently have an NSM in Nigeria with a minimum team size of 30 (or senior management position with NSM experience)
  • Good experience with hospital promotion and demand-generation with a track record of superior performance across regions and segments.
  • Strong leadership competence to orchestrate high performance, coherence and discipline, and commercial sense to deliver consistent profit and growth.
  • Problem-solver, result-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready for the next career level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
