We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining food standards, and delivering exceptional meals consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff performance
- Plan menus and oversee food preparation processes
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor food inventory and control waste
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef
- Must possess a recognized culinary certificate
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work in Lekki Phase 1
