Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and routine bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must reside in Abuja, FCT.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Professional accounting certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
