Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and optimize the use of resources, including inventory, equipment, and staff, to reduce costs and improve service quality.
Financial Management:
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the profitability of each location.
- Implement financial controls and strategies to manage costs, increase revenue, and maximize profit margins.
- Provide financial reports and insights to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop managers and staff to ensure a high-performing team across all locations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement development plans to improve staff skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and employee engagement.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across all locations, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the guest experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive growth within the area.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns that attract and retain customers.
- Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners to support business objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations within the hospitality industry.
- Manage risk by implementing safety protocols, conducting audits, and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Handle emergencies and crises with a calm and effective approach, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (4+ years) in operations management within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in FMCG and finance.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficient in using business management software and tools.
