Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential and existing clients to schedule appointments.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled meetings.
- Verify and update customer information in the database/CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure calendars are properly managed.
- Provide prospects with basic information about products or services before appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
