Job Summary

Our client, a rapidly expanding digital pharmaceutical company, is preparing to launch a new pharmaceutical e-commerce APP in the Nigerian market. They are seeking an experienced APP Pre-Launch Promotion & Operation Specialist to lead pre-launch market penetration, user acquisition, and early-stage platform operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-launch promotion strategy for the pharmaceutical e-commerce APP.
  • Drive user acquisition using both online and offline channels, including digital campaigns, social media, field activations, community engagement, partnerships, and healthcare networks.
  • Utilize existing relationships with pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and medical professionals to build early traction and promote the APP.
  • Lead APP operations during the pre-launch and launch phases, ensuring smooth onboarding, user engagement, and retention.
  • Track and analyze user growth metrics such as downloads, registrations, CAC, engagement levels, and campaign performance.
  • Build and manage early user communities, pharmacy onboarding funnels, and medical professional engagement pipelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional materials, messaging, and operational workflow.
  • Support 0 → 1 APP launch activities, ensuring a strong market entry and scalable growth foundation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in APP operations, digital product promotion, or growth marketing.
  • Proven involvement in the pre-launch or cold-start growth of a digital product (0 → 1 launch experience).
  • Strong professional relationships with pharmacies, medical communities, pharmaceutical distributors, or health institutions in Nigeria.
  • Solid understanding of the Nigerian pharmaceutical or medical market and its operational dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success driving user growth through online and offline channels.
  • Strong track record of improving metrics such as downloads, active users, registrations, engagements, or CAC.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
