Apartment Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a responsible, organised, and customer-focused Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a serviced apartment and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries.
- Ensure apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
- Supervise housekeeping and other support staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Monitor supplies, inventory, expenses, and daily operations.
- Maintain operational records and submit reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel management, apartment management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to supervise staff, solve problems, and work independently.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be reliable, professional, and well-presented.
- Willingness to reside on the property when required.
Location: Agbor, Delta State
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
