Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an AICESA AI Independent Business Consultant. The consultant will develop and execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and foster partnerships to further the organization’s objectives. Tasks include market research, providing strategic business recommendations, delivering financial insights, and advising on management best practices. The role also involves presenting innovative solutions, fostering stakeholder relationships, and contributing to AICESA’s mission of digital equity in education.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Consulting and Management Consulting expertise to provide actionable recommendations and optimize organizational processes
• Strong Communication skills for effectively presenting ideas, building relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Finance, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet objectives in a remote environment
• Passion for driving digital transformation and advancing equitable education in Africa
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or technology sector is an advantage
