Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models for business applications.
- Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets for model training.
- Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and computer vision solutions.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models and large language models (LLMs) for specific business needs.
- Integrate AI models into web, mobile, or enterprise applications using APIs.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensure AI systems comply with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain AI applications in production.
- Prepare technical documentation and present AI solutions to stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to AI best practices.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience developing AI or Machine Learning solutions
- A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Relevant AI certifications are an added advantage.
