AI Automation Engineer

Despoint Solutions is building the automation infrastructure powering the next generation of African businesses.
We work with fintech companies, real estate firms, and service businesses to reduce operational costs and improve response speed through intelligent automation systems.
We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy these systems at scale.
This is a remote, full-time builder role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems using automation.
🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, and Zapier
- Design and implement API integrations and webhook systems
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API into CRM and client systems
- Develop multi-step automation pipelines (lead capture, onboarding, notifications)
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows
- Document systems and maintain clean architecture
- Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver client projects
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Airtable)
- Ability to work independently and deliver without supervision
- Strong written communication skills
- Based in Nigeria
