Job Summary
As an Aesthetician, you will play a key role in delivering professional skincare treatments, conducting consultations, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. You will be responsible for improving clients’ skin health through advanced facials, treatments, and product recommendations, while supporting the organisation’s reputation for luxury and excellence in aesthetic care.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and assessments to understand client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver facials, chemical peels, exfoliation, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other non-invasive skin treatments safely and effectively.
- Advise clients on medical-grade skincare products to complement treatments, enhance results, and drive product sales.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records, consents, and progress notes in compliance with data protection and clinic regulations.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are always sanitised.
- Provide post-treatment guidance, educating clients on maintaining healthy, glowing skin long-term.
- Stay updated on new techniques, products, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve performance targets.
- Encourage client loyalty by building strong relationships, promoting re-bookings, and driving referrals.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) with a valid practising license.
- Additional certifications in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Procedures are an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-4 years hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or Skin Therapist in a clinic, spa, or wellness centre.
- Proven track record in delivering advanced facials and skincare treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Confidence in product recommendations, sales, and upselling.
- Attention to detail and precision in treatment delivery.
- Professionalism in managing client expectations and handling complaints.
- Strong organisation, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and professional ethics.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Hours: Monday- Friday (9:00 AM-6:00 PM); Saturdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
