The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Medical Doctor (MBBS) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments (injectables & advanced procedures), conducting thoughtful patient consultations, and contributing to an elevated, patient-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations to understand aesthetic and wellness goals and create customized treatment plans
• Administer aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins (Botox and similar), dermal fillers, and PDO Threads
• Manage and support medical-guided weight loss programs, including patient education, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment oversight
• Provide expert pre- and post-procedure education and address patient questions or concerns
• Perform advanced skincare treatments as applicable
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation, including treatment plans and outcomes
• Monitor and document any adverse reactions and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Stay current on the latest aesthetic and medical weight loss protocols, products, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the aesthetic team to deliver a seamless and exceptional patient experience
• Ensure all treatments comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active MDCN practicing license in Nigeria
• Proven experience administering injectable treatments and advanced procedures(neurotoxins, dermal fillers and PDO Threads)
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
• Excellent consultation skills with the ability to manage patient expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
• Passion for aesthetics and continued professional development

Preferred :

• Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice
• Certification in Botox and dermal fillers
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments and laser technologies
