Job descriptions & requirements
- Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with documentation, record keeping, and basic reporting.
- Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Support other teams with assigned administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Hold a BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Are currently enrolled in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
