Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, typing, copying, scanning).
- Manage office correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with day-to-day tasks.
- Handle inquiries professionally and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
