Job Description/Requirements
- Coordinates executive schedules and meetings by managing appointments, preparing for key engagements, taking minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on assigned tasks, and maintaining confidential records.
- Assists with administrative operations by managing office resources, handling correspondence and documentation, archiving important records, and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organisation.
- Supports executive and administrative functions by proofreading official documents, maintaining business contacts and staff files, ensuring confidentiality, and representing the management in designated matters when required.
Requirements:
- Must be a Lawyer (Minimum LLB; BL)
- Must reside in Lagos
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Must be highly computer-skilled
