Job summary
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administrative Officer to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and record-keeping processes within our Lagos office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation
- Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) professionally
- Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare reports, memos, and schedules
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office records
- Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Office Technology & Management (OTM), or related field
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an administrative or office role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Must reside in Lagos or be able to commute reliably
Added Advantage:
- Experience working in a structured corporate or professional office
- Familiarity with basic accounting or record-keeping
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Location: Lagos (Office/Home-Based)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly (Commensurate with experience)
